What Washington Law Requires of Every Business on This List

A Washington contractor registration is valid for two years and must be renewed on or before its expiry date (RCW 18.27.060). If the contractor's bond or insurance policy is cancelled, the registration is suspended automatically on the date of the cancellation, which is why a row's status can change between our updates.
